Katie Holmes went for a coffee run in West Hollywood on Wednesday, proudly showing off her alien bump and a sexy unitard.

Hmmmm. She may be pregnant, but is the baby really Tom's?

For years, insiders have whispered (loudly) in Hollywood that Cruise can not have his own biological children because his sperm count is too low. That would explain why he and Nicole Kidman adopted their two children.

Additionally, though this obviously was never confirmed, the leading theory in LA as to the Kidman / Cruise divorce is that Nicole became pregnant with Ewan McGregor's child, which ended up in miscarriage, whilst filming Moulin Rouge. According to that theory, Tom was furious that Nicole broke their pact. They could each fool around with other men, but she could never get pregnant. Why? Because it'd become obvious when the child grew up that it wasn't Cruise's.

And, just because Katie Holmes is showing off her belly now, we're still not 100% certain she is sperminated. It may be just a really good prosthetic!
