help!!!

it all started when I turned on the light in my bedroom and the thing blew and now the power to several lights in the house is gone...any of you smarties know what to do????????????? Help!!!!!It is probably a fuse but I have no idea how to fix it....let's use the blog for instructions on how to deal with the fuse box...thanks....P.S.: is this type of box what I need to be looking for???????????
