Ladies ... I wanted to make you aware of an organization that I think is well worth your support. It is called Woman for Woman and it supports women in war torn countries. I have sponsored a woman in Bosnia/Herzegovina thru this program for over a year and it has been very rewarding. When you sign up you pick three countries that you are interested in helping. Then you and a woman in one of those countries are paired up. You learn about your woman and what she spends your money on in letters that Woman for Woman or your woman writes to you. For example mine spends her money on medicine for her family that she can not afford. It is cool b/c if you are married they hook you up with someone who is your age and married .... if your single you will get someone who is single. It is only 27 bucks a month and it is a great way to really see a difference being made in someone's life. The woman must take job training classes while they participate in this program. My year with my current woman is almost up and I will get a new one in a new county which I am trying for Rwanda or Iraq. Anyway ... It is such a worthy program that I wanted to make you aware.
