double header
Saw both The Illusionist and Running with Scissors last night....a little "overload" was the result. Both good movies though. I thought it seemed like Jessica Biel was mis-cast as Sophie....she's such an all-american girl that it was hard for me to imagine her as a Austrian noblewoman.
Running with Scissors was another perfect film for Annette Benig....I hope she wins the Oscar this year.

We also saw Running With Scissors this weekend. What a powerful movie! The acting was so solid ...
I had to keep reminding myself that it was true b/c had it been fiction I would have accused it of being over dramatic. Annette Bening and Brian Cox were just perfection!
